Now it is up to “The Muscle” of Outdoor Dimensions to take care of the rest. The customer service department is comprised of approximately 25 skilled and hard-working individuals. Every day each two-man team is assigned a daily service route. Included in this group is a specialized team for all multi-family projects as well as interior spaces. Every representative is fully trained to guarantee efficiency on all types of projects.
Often working from dawn till dusk these professionals provide a myriad of services that help clients develop new sites as well as maintain and refurbish existing ones. Services include but are not limited to:

A fleet of 15 trucks including a 65’crane, a 30’bucket truck, and 4 box

Every city or county has a different set of guidelines of what is allowed and where. It is all too easy to get bogged down with the red tape of obtaining a permit for a sign. Let Outdoor Dimensions do the work for you.
Outdoor Dimensions will handle every detail from beginning to end. From initial research to final inspection, well-qualified staff will oversee the entire process to ensure an accurate and timely process.
Ground Leases
A well-rounded signage program isn’t complete without carefully placed offsite signs to help draw traffic in the right direction.
When onsite signage isn’t enough, a ground lease can provide additional advertising to Clients by placement on privately owned property. An Outdoor Dimensions coordinator spearheads each program, creating maps of available locations and researching properties to see what locations are available for use. Clients are provided these maps to review along with placement suggestions. Costs are then solidified upon determining optimum locations.
Once signage designed for each location and produced it is installed and billed on a monthly basis. The coordinator will then manage these sites for the duration of the ground lease agreement, including all correspondence with the landowner.
Interior Design
Outdoor Dimensions was named long before anyone realized that one-day an entire division of the company would be designated to the design and production of interior spaces.
In fact the Interior Design Department is comprised of a specialized team of individuals that work together to design gorgeous, functional spaces that conform to a Client’s vision and budget alike.
Every design project begins with a planning meeting once Client goals have been identified. A design team is assigned to each project. These designers are the stewards of the project and see to it that every space is artfully designed and installed according to pre-established timelines and pre-determined budgets.
